TSA Planning director Tom Stokes has a wealth of experience handling a wide spectrum of planning and development proposals in the public and private sectors in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

TSA is based in Donegall Square East in the heart of Belfast City Centre and covers all of NI and the ROI and director Tom Stokes a native of the North West continues to build relationships and work with clients on projects on his home patch.

TSA work with a large number of architectural practices throughout the province and our philosophy is based upon bringing together a wide range of knowledge, skills and experience to create a consultancy team that combines expertise with a dynamic approach and a specific client focus. As a company we work closely with barristers, planning solicitors, property agents, traffic consultants, landscape architects, 3D visual modellers and all aspects of environmental consulting to ultimately get an end result for our client.

Our primary aim is to understand our client's objectives and visions, place them as our first priority and apply the necessary professional support required to achieve the very best outcomes.

Our client list is extensive and continues to grow.
